  21.  My daughte4r has a NECII on her 1200 and I have a Samsung monitor on my 1200.
  22. Can MonEd3.lha actually get rid of the black borders (we are usually in
  23. doubleNTSC mode)? Are the instructions comprehensive or will  I be flying
  24. blind if I try to use this?
